Fading and Deterioration of Cheap Headstone Photos

Cemeteries charge over $500 for a headstone photo and we charge around $100-200 for the exact same thing. However, there are companies selling imitation photos for less than $100 that simply do not last...

These are real photos from reviews submitted by individuals who ordered cheap (less than $100) photos on Amazon/Etsy. Although these photos are advertised as lasting and kiln-fired, they are actually neither.

The cheap photos being sold are made with dye sublimation, which is the same process to place a picture on a photo mug. This process is not suitble for outdoor use and the photos weather very quickly outdoors.

At first the photos look fine and customers leave a great review, only to come back weeks/months later to find a photo that doesn't look the same at all.

Unfortunately, after receiving many bad reviews these companies simply create a new business and sell under a different name to scam customers. They'll even go as far as placing the pictures under a different product that has good reviews in order to hide the quality issues.

These companies have even stolen our product images, videos, and used our customer reviews as their own. Unfortunately, since they are in China we would have to go through their legal system which is a dead end.
