The ceramic pictures are guaranteed against fading for the lifetime of the purchaser. If the ceramic picture arrives damaged, promptly notify us and we will send you a replacement at no charge. We keep electronic copies of all photos so we can quickly replace them if necessary. We will require the damaged or faded product to be returned to us.
As these are custom products, there are no returns for reasons other than those stated above.
